Description
Shusi Mat 24cm for Mimasa Rice Rolls used as an individual tablecloth to protect the table. It is made of bamboo and cotton cords. It is recommended to make the rice roll， spread a sheet of Mimasa nori seaweed on the flat mat. At one end of this nori sheet and across the width of it， a layer about two centimeters thick of rice is placed alone or mixed with chopped vegetables. With the mat， roll the rice with the seaweed.
